Jenny Walker

Jenny has over 13 years’ experience specialising in real estate transactions and regularly works on complex development sites which include putting in place funding arrangements, deferred payments or bespoke overage agreements. Jenny deals with both conditional and unconditional contracts as well as strategic land matters including option agreements.

Recent highlights include working on the acquisition and development funding agreement for a complex development site in London and, separately, a forward sale agreement for a site to be developed and then let to Costa.

Jenny is passionate about her work and at the heart of everything she does is a proactive and commercial approach. Jenny prides herself on giving clear and concise advice with commercial recommendations.

There is such a huge sense of teamworking here at Shakespeare Martineau, whether internally or with clients, that it is akin to being an in house solicitor but with all the great resources that a National law firm has.
